RaeEllen partners with behavioral health organizations through growth, stabilization, and acquisition readiness, bridging strategy to execution across access, admissions, and operations. She has served as interim CEO of a distressed company and led it back to profitability in six months, tripled the EBITDA of a residential program ahead of its sale, and opened a residential eating-disorder treatment center from program design through community outreach.
Her work is personal. RaeEllen knows what it is to look successful on the outside while fighting battles no one else can see. Her own journey has taken her through seasons of striving, control, broken relationships, complicated family dynamics, struggles with food and body image, and the exhausting pursuit of being enough.
Through faith, healing, and deep personal work, she discovered a different kind of freedom — one rooted not in performing better, but in becoming whole. That journey shaped what she believes today: the patterns that shape us do not have to define us, and freedom is possible in places we may have stopped believing could change.
Today "Rae," as she is lovingly called, builds tables — spaces where leaders, teams, families, and individuals move from overwhelm to clarity, and from striving to freedom.
